How to master Rainbow Six Siege with 60hz

Today, i'm gonna show you guys how to master this game with 60hz refresh rate, i'll list every possible solution to avoid getting killed because of enemies advantages (such as people who has 144hz monitor or higher).
NOTE: this is a serious guide and i'm not trying to joke around here like other guides.

Introduction

Peeking advantages when it comes to having a low refresh rate is pain in the ass, because sometimes when you die (u little 60hz boi) you will notice that the guy who killed you already know that you are hiding behind that corner like a call of duty camper, and you will call him a cheater then you will report him, but most of the time its just because he has high refresh rate than you, and i'll show you in this picture how 240hz player see you vs what you see when you are holding an angle.

And as you can see, money can buy skills because the more refresh rate you have the faster your reaction is gonna be, and you can see the enemy before he does.
So, what i'm going to do here, in this pathetic guide, i'll try my best to reduce that advantages and make you resistant to it.

Be Smart, Don't Rush

Either if you are a defender or an attacker, try to play in a smart way and don't rely on kills because you are gonna get killed, so here is some tips that can help you:

✅ Be creative, don't rely on your gun and your aim only because you are already in a disadvantage when you are playing against 144hz+ players, try to use your gadget, throwables to avoid fighting a sweaty 144hz player in 1v1 situation.

✅ Pre-fire every common corner that you think the enemy would hide there, rely on your teammates call outs and pre-fire every yellow ping they give you.

✅ Play on time when you are a defender, don't be cocky because you are gonna get a bullet in your head as soon as you reveal your position.

✅ Be Helpful to your teammates even if you suck at this game, listen to their call outs and give call outs, do your job, make rotations, reinforce, because kills aren't the key to win this game, its teamwork.

✅ Avoid 1v1 face to face situation against sweaty players, you may ask how the fk i'm supposed to do that? yes sweaty players exist everywhere you may recognize them at the first round, so when you are the last one standing and the sweaty guy is alive in the enemy team don't panic and play objective and try to trick him by changing your position multiple times and use your drone to discover his location as a result you may kill him from behind or get a lucky headshot face to face because of pre-firing.

✅ Avoid spawn-peeking as much as possible, i mean com'on you have 60hz you may get lucky sometimes and head'shot someone who forgot to check spawn-peeking areas but don't try that always because no one wants to watch the cameras or his "quality" teammates game'play for the whole round. And try not to get spawn-peeked by sacrificing your teammate or checking the spawn area first with your drone.

Play Differently

Change your play style and play in a different way that the enemy can't expect, use traps, baits, when you are an attacker enter the defenders area from unexpected entrances, when you are a defender do the opposite, surprise your enemies and try not to pick face to face duels because you may lose due to your disadvantage and always go from the back to have bigger chances to kill your enemies.

Learn your Lesson

Every single time you die in a stupid way, don't be mad or rage quit after that, you have to remember your mistake that made you fail at that exact situation and that will help you to not die in the same way again, all games are based on that and you should always remember that because it helps you to get better even if you have disadvantages.
Also, when you use tricks, do not try them again in the next rounds because its more risky to do that and you will have high chances to die because of that so, always try to play in a different way every round or you will get punished by the same guy who got killed by you in the first round.

There is definitely a difference in reaction speed I myself have tested it. On 60hz I got 180ms average reaction time and on 165hz I get 165hz average reaction time. But more importantly higher hertz makes it easier to track and hit your shots because the video is refreshed faster and is much smoother. That said changing your hertz has 0 impact on your raw skill, it just helps you give that edge you need hardware-wise.
