Description
Welcome to Long Lake, or, as I like to call it, Laaaaake.

A slightly mountainous blob of green and pleasant land for you all with a decent amount of waterfront and plenty of fishing opportunities if you have Sunset Harbour. Enjoy!

Not based on a real-life location, just wanted to create a nice place to build hillside villages and at the same time plenty of open ground for downtown areas.

Please note:

- use Touch This mod with train stations else you get a glitch when connecting to existing rail.
- use Catenary Replacer to remove caterarys.
- I used Theme Mixer 2 to create my own theme mix for Long Lake.

Many thanks to the creators of all themes and assets used in this map. All requirements for this map are in the Long Lake Collection.

Thanks in advance for subs, any comments welcome!

Shout out to BonBonB for his continued support for CS creators, also his review of my previous map, Lumpybumpyshire, whereby I have (hopefully) used his constructive criticisms to make this one better!

Thanks for your thoughts ehsnils, I'll bear them in mind as I am currently working on another map!

I did take a peek on the map now and it's pretty well done. I didn't check for trees under the roads, that one is just a quirk that anyone with anarchy sees.
However there are two places where the railroad exits a tunnel and then makes a relatively sharp turn - trains don't really like sharp turns.
The farm fields are also painted well outside the 25 tiles area, which makes them "invisible" to anyone not running the 81 tiles.
My personal taste is that the colors are a bit too saturated into the green slightly leaning to the blue.
All this is however pretty small details, and the map is very good.
Overall this map did give me the Kennebecasis feeling when I saw the images - take that!

Well done!! I am changing to NAR and NAH. Love the node spacing and intersection markings.
