Quick Lighting Glow override for Stable Patch 31921

Description
So for a little bit of background, Stable Patch 31921 makes some changes to the way emissive/glowing materials work. In that they actually glow properly now.

Problem is, a lot of mods used the old values and include the old .mtl files for the vanilla lights and lights_red, often unintentionally.

So basically old mods are overriding the new vanilla values and causing some issues with stuff like headlights where they burn your retinas to a crisp because of TOO MUCH GLOW.*

That's where this little mod comes in. Add it in at the end of your mod load order and it'll override the mods that override the vanilla values with the intended values from the patch. Thereby saving your eyes from being burned to a crisp.

I might fiddle around with the values and make a weaker version as well, but for now this just restored them to their vanilla values.

Note that this works only for mods that reference the vanilla lights and lights_red mtls - any mods that use custom emissive/glowy materials won't be fixed, and you'll have to contact the author of the mod to attempt to get them to update with a fix for their vehicles.

*several of my mods do this, and I'll be updating them to fix this in the next few days

@Elje0ett: Depends. Some older mods in the community still haven't been updated and might still cause issues, in which case this mod will fix the issue. My recommendation would be to run the mods you want, test to see if the lights are overly bright, and if they are then to add this mod and hopefully it'll fix it.

Is this still needed?

Thanks again for this mod, Gr1m. It's a must have for the older mods.

Is there any way to know which mod touched headlight values through logs or console? Some mod turned my many loco's headlight red somehow, and I have like 800 mods enabled and checking each one just isn't possible...

Thank you, I noticed this on a couple of mods when I was playing yesterday, hopefully it's an easy fix for modders because it was a bit extreme!
