Re4: All Possible Treasure Combinations

Some treasures in Re4 can be combined with other treasures to further increase the value of the item.
Each set contains 4 items (with the exception of the Salazar Family Crown): 1 Base treasure and 3 Jewels.
Below are the combinations and value of each possible set.

Guide to Combining Treasures

Simply navigate the "Treasures" option on your menu screen. Select "Combine" with the appropriate item combination listed below

Beerstein w/(G,R,Y) - 20,000Pts.

Beerstein - 3,000 pts

Found in Mainstory: (1-1)On the second floor of a building, go through a window and jump down at the far right of the platform. Cut the box and you will find a Beerstein
Seperate Ways(?): (Chapter 2)it is found just outside the farm on the path the ganados drop a boulder on Leon. You must hookshot up to the bride above and cut open a barrel to obtain it.

Green Catseye - 3,000 pts

Found in Mainstory: (1-3) It is found behind the church where you have to solve the 3 family insignia puzzle to get it.
Seperate Ways(?):Chapter(2) in the chest where the Yellow Catseye was for Leon.

Red Catseye - 3,000 pts

Found in Mainstory:(1-1) It is found in Chapter 1-1 in a tree right by the house Luis Sera is trapped in
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 2) it is found outside the large house where Leon fought the village chief.

Yellow Catseye - 3,000 pts

Found in Mainstory: (2-3) After you cross the lifts, before going down the last flight of stairs, go left and kill 3 or 4 enemies on the way. After you climb a ladder there is a treasure chest that contains the Yellow Catseye.
Seperate Ways(?): (Chapter 2)find it on the El Gigente path in a barrel on a ledge (hookshot)

Elegant Mask w/(R,G,P) - 20,000Pts.

Elegant Mask - 3,000Pts

Found in Mainstory(2):
(1-2) After you fight the dynamite-wielding enemies in the Factory ruins, go through the door and turn left. Cut through some boards to enter a small chamber. It is hanging on the wall.
(3-2) It can be found in a treasure chest on the second floor balcony.
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 1) a mask can be found in the village center where the player starts Chapter 1. The mask is in the one-story house opposite the larger one Leon hides in. The mask is in the back room, which is accessible by breaking the lock.

Green Gem - 3,000Pts

Found in Mainstory(2):
(2-1) After you fight Del Lago, in a barrel in the lakeside cave on the roof of the Merchant's building.
(4-1) Found on a statue

Purple Gem - 3,000Pts

Found in Mainstory(2):
(2-3) found in/on bucket during second El Gigante fight
(3-2) Found on a wall in the room where you place the Lion, Goat, and Serpent pieces together.
Seperate Ways(?): (Chapter 1) Found in the locked building in the village center. After you pass the merchant the gem will be in a box in the cave section.


Edit: (3-1)The same room you meet salazar for the first time. It is stuck in the wall across from the balcony he was standing on. (Special thanks to steam user, Bob).
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 1) It is in the Church Ashley is held it.

Red Gem - 3,000Pts


Found in Mainstory(2):
(2-3) Right after you open the locked door there is a door to the right. Go in, then turn left and cut the boards. Keep going till you find a barrel which contains the Red Gem. You can also turn around to take the right path to get the Purple Gem
(3-2) Found in a treasure chest in the maze
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 2) It is in the wood shack in the graveyard.

Butterfly Lamp w/(R,G,B) - 32,000Pts.

Butterfly Lamp - 4,500Pts.

Found in Mainstory(2):
(3-2) in a chest in the drainage valve area
(4-1) in a chest outside the Novistador hive. The player must climb a ladder to obtain it.
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 5) Found right after you defeat Krauser.

Blue Eye - 3,000Pts.

Found in Mainstory:
It can be dropped by the Novistadores and is the rarest eye to find. It is possible to get one guaranteed blue eye
(4-1) just after Ashley is kidnapped by a Novistador, shooting this down will result in many eye gems dropping, one of which is blue eye.
(3-1) One of the ways to farm this is to keep on retiring from continue pointwhere you enter the sewer and keep on killing the first three Novistador until one of them drops a blue eye.
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 5) Found in the first area of Chapter 5 near a Gatling Man.

Red Eye - 1,500Pts.

Found in Mainstory:
It is dropped by the Novistadors and is the is the second most common eye to find, to acquire this, kill a Novistador during its attempt to attack you
(4-2) You can be also find two by shooting down the nest in Chapter 4-2
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 5) one can be found inthe area Mike got shot down.

Green Eye - 1,000Pts.

Found in Mainstory:
They are dropped by the Novistador and is the most common eye to find. To acquire this, kill a Novistador when it has spotted you.
(4-2) Two drop from shooting down the nest in Chapter 4-2
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 5) one is found in the Prison area in the back right cell.

Salazar Family Crown - 48,000Pts.

Crown - 9,000Pts

Found in Mainstory:(4-1) After Leon gets thrown down a trapdoor to land on spikes, he will find a dead Cultist with the Crown in his grasp.
Seperate Ways(?):N/A

Crown Jewel - 11,000Pts.

Found in Mainstory:(4-1) Defeat the Verdugo at the end of the chapter
Seperate Ways(?):N/A

Royal Insignia - 13,000Pts.

Found in Mainstory:(4-2) At the end of the mine after Leon has passed through a cave filled with novistadors.
Seperate Ways(?):N/A

Golden Lynx w/(G,R,B) - 35,000Pts.

Golden Lynx - 15,000Pts.

Found in Mainstory:(5-1) In a cave where you have to shoot a red barrel to destroy boulders blocking the way to it. It is found on a ledge behind the boulders.
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 4) It is in the beginning area of Chapter 4. You must hookshot into a set of pipes then go through a vent and drop down into a different room to reach it.

Blue Stone of Treasion - 3,500Pts

Found in Mainstory:(5-3) After Leon fights U3 (Scorpion boss), kill the Militia Ganados and go down a ladder in one of the tents and there will be a passage to your right.
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 4) The stone can be found in the Machine room entry inside the glass. You have to shoot the glass so it falls down.

Red Stone of Faith - 3,500Pts

Found in Mainstory:(5-1) Found in the room after two soldiers with hammers in a case downstairs.
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 4) in the area where Leon and Ashley crash the bulldozer. It is in a duralumin case.

Green Stone of Judgement - 3,500Pts

Found in Mainstory:(5-2) After you crash the bulldozer, it is in a durliniam case next to the Merchant.
Seperate Ways(?):(Chapter 4) In the area Leon and Ashley bulldozed though. It is near a letter.

@ouidnose, it is listed under "Quick Rreference: Treasures to sell". This means that you can safely sell the treasure, since it is not a combine-able treasure.
