Description
This is a small collection of European style wall-to-wall buildings, based on a one real building in Helsinki, Finland (Harjutorinkatu 1). The building was built in 1928 and it represents Nordic Classicism. The building is mostly known for its public sauna called Kotiharjun sauna. It is the only surviving original wood-heated public sauna in Helsinki.

The collection includes two buildings that have Snowfall DLC sauna healthcare facility function. In case you don't have Snowfall DLC, you can use the commercial buildings included in the collection as a replacement.

You can find the Sauna assets under healthcare tab. The other buildings can be found by searching for Kotiharju using search tools certain mods provide.

All the buildings have shared textures, so using loading screen mod is recommended.
