This is because both files change the Protox xml. Therefore, only the mod that has the higher priority in the list can work. I could add this to my mod, but would have to create a new mod especially for it. Since this is done in 5 minutes, you can easily change this yourself in my mod. If you look in your Aom folder under Mods, you should see my Mod there and there is a Protox 2.8 xml file in the data folder. You can edit them very easily. There you can search for a specific term with Ctrl + F. If you search for name ="gold you will find the different types there. Small, medium, large, .... There you will find the line:
<initialresource resourcetype = "Gold"> 3000.0010 </initialresource>
There you simply change the value 3000.0010 to a value for how much gold the mine should have. It is always given in 1000 steps.
So in this example it has 3000 gold. I hope I could help you! :)
