Unofficial Lady Dimitrescu (Ragdoll)

(alternatively titled "RE8 tall lady but normal sized!")

as the title states, this is a reskin/hex (and model hat) of Martha Wayne in the style of Lady Dimitrescu from RE8.
has bodygroups for the hat (1 being the hat in a regular position, 2 being the position to be sorta accurate to the game, and 3 being hatless)
the skingroups are mostly the same, so I wouldn't change the skingroups (unless you want to edit some of her textures, then be my guest.)

as the title also states, this is NOT a Playermodel or NPC (if you want to do those yourself, then you may do so)

NOTE: I have noticed this model also includes the TF2 hat effect I chose for the model. so just feel free to ignore that because I DO NOT want to ♥♥♥♥ with crowbar to upload a fix.
