After the terrorism attack in singapore,the relationship between PRC and NWP(New warsaw pack) showed a sharp deterioration.Russia deployed it's newest kuznezov class carrier,‘Admiral Potemkin'(CV-03) to vladivostok Naval base,as the flag ship of NWP's Far east fleet,the SS-18"Zatan"ICBM and SS-27 ICBM were deployed in Siberia and Far east as well.Which was considered to be threating the Chinese communist government.
In 2037,to take control of far east,oscow decided to start a millitarial blitz to defeat china.The first step is to launch ICBMs to attack the megacities of northeast china,which is the biggest heavy industry center of PRC.After that,The Air force of NRP(New warsaw pact)will invade the chinese territory to attck chinese civilians and millitary force.

Attention：the scenario you are playing is based on a chapter called 【bottom line programme】 of the autobiography of Yang qiyao(【Cold start---冷启动】） of Yang qiyao,a battlefield reporter of PLA,who almost personally witnessed the whole WWIII(World war III),Inclusing the vladivostok campaign,the siberia campagin,and all the martitime campaigns. The autobiography was published in 5 years ago,the year when NWP surrendered.
Yang declaared that the chapter【bottom line programme】 was solely described a staff drill of PLA north theater.However,experts around the world noticed that the content,especially a lot of details within it,has strong relationship with the true history of 05/05/2037,the day PRC declared war on New Warsaw Pact(NWP),many historians believe that the chapter 【bottom line programme】was one of the most detailed materials of the WWIII's First day
