Quality of Life Mod v.1.1

This mod addresses the following:
- Plate cleaning and cooking operations reduced to 1 second.
- All plates now have a max stack of 100.
- All ingredients have a max stack of 100. **currently disabled working on bug**
- The moving of ingredients is now prioritized.
- All prisoner Uniforms have a max stack of 100.
- Security Room minimum size is now 2x2 (no longer requires desk, chair and filing cabinet)
- Bookshelf and Sofas now reduce prisoner needs.
