(SOLO) How to do Cayo Perico heist in ~40 minutes

This guide is how to the cayo perico pres for stealth heist fast and efficiently. If you use this guide u can make 1.3-1.8 mil in ~45 minutes.

General

For this guide you of course need the kosatka (2.2mil), the sparrow (1.8mil), homing missile for kosatka (1.9mil) and the oppressor mk2 or a buzzard. You also need a silenced weapon. The reasons for this is because the sparrow is very fast and you can get to the land from the submarine quicker. You also need the oppressor mk2 or a buzzard to spawn in if you need to (to get to the sub or finish a mission).

Read the notes because they are important.

You should do the missions in this order:
scope out mission
1. cutting torch
2. fingerprint cloner
3. plasma cutter / safe code
4. weapon loadout
5. appraoch vehicle

The reasoning for this is because you do the first 4 missions in the city and the last one probably somewhere else than in the city. Your sub should be at vespucci beach or elysian island while you do the first 4 missions. On the last mission you should fast travel the submarine to the place you need to go and go in your sparrow to the exact location.

Missions

Scope out:
Fast travel as close as you can to the destination. Fly with your sparrow close to the plane. Nuke all the guards since the plane can easily take one sparrow rocket. On your way to the island return your kosatka to storage so you can request it when you spawn at lsia. You should look for loot, clothing, grappling in the airport. Go the communications tower with a motorcycle and then parachute down to the main dock and look for coke. Swim in the sea south of the compound to scope out the drainage tunnel.

Cutting torch:
If the construction site is in the city you should go for the stealth approach by finding and equipping a hard hat. On the skyscraper there is a hard hat on the top level and on the other construction site there is one in visible range from the west entrance.

Fingerprint cloner:
This one is pretty simple. You first go the first destination and dont bother with the cameras just shoot the 4 guards with a shotgun. Then go to the second and last destination. This time shoot the two cameras so no bad guys will chase you after you collect the fingerprint cloner.

Plasma cutter / safe code:

You fly to the destination and enter the building. I would advice crashing your sparrow and spawning an mk2 (after you left the building) if you are in an mc. When you enter the building just take a picture of the whole room and it will register as if you took a picture of the planning board. While you are sending the picture to pavel you should walk around in a circle so you can exit out the door again. Now with your sparrow or oppressor mk2 you can nuke the robbers and steal the cutter (oppressor is easier).

Safe code:
On your way to the casino return your kosakta to storage because you can spawn it closer for less travel time. Land your sparrow somewhere south of the casino because thats where you exit. Go the basement and run to the yellow, retro lampadati and take the keycard. Shoot the two guards outside the penthouse with a silenced weapon and once inside search for the head of security with no weapon equipped. When you find him take him out and shoot your way out of the casino. Spawn your kosatka.

Weapon loadout:
This missions contents can vary. You either have to go to a building or to merryweather hq. If you need to go to the merryweather hq. the mission consists of following a chopper across the map in basically slow motion. We dont want to do this mission since its way more time consuming than the building one. There a few solutions. The best one is to launch a guided missile on destroy the chopper on the roof of a hangar. The other one is destroying the helicopter with your sparrow after flying there and then fly back. After you've destroyed the helicopter then relaunch the mission until you get one where you have to go a building in the city. When you get to the building the shoot the left door with a silenced rifle. The door should open an you can shoot the guard. Then shoot the guard to the left and continue around the room until you have cleared everyone. You should be able to this mission in stealth. If you manage to kill everyone with any alive guards noticing you will not have buzzard chasing you after you exit. The gunlocker is the grey box to the left of the desk. Do the hack and then steal the weapons. Then you are done.

Approach vehicle:
Since kosatka is the most spammed and easiest approach vehicle i will walk you through on how to clear the merryweather submarine. First, fast travel to the test site. Press enter to drive your submarine and press e to use the periscope to take down the buzzard and dhingies above the sub. You need your kostatka to be above their submarine so you quickly enter it so you dont get killed by the buzzards chasing you after you've got the sonar jammer. When you are in the sub clear the first level of the submarine and check for the sonar jammer then go back to the spawn area and clear out the bottom level. The reasoning for this is so you dont have to fight as many people in the submarine. Make sure your character is standing still when pressing e to pick up the sonar jammer because a glitch can occur where your character cant pick up the sonar jammer.

Notes

The most popular approaches to this heist is:
Approach vehicle: kosatka
Weapon: aggressor + silencer.

You should NOT do the demolitions charges because the cutting torch is for the stealth approach.

Dont fast travel if you havent competed the heist as a leader already because then it costs 10k to fast travel.

Try to complete the heist once with every approach vehicle as a leader because then will get 200k.

You should plan your heist according to where the coke is: if its in the main dock the do drainage tunnel but if its in the airport then do helicopter and then drive to compound after you take the coke.

If you know you need to shoot an npc in a boat then take a rifle as weapon.

You always need to buy silencer for your weapons because that allows you to do the heist in stealth mode. The silencer pays for itself because if you are not going stealth mode then it will be more difficult and you will take damage and lose money.

You should always do the heist in hard mode. Pay for the setup inside 48 minutes of receiving a message from pavel saying that he is ready to the heist for hard mode.

In hard mode the elite challenge will give 100k and not 50k.

You should note that you don't need to purchase the suppressors if you do a stealth approach like the Kotsaka through the drainage tunnels. Once you get to the planning board, it will let you select suppressors without having to pay for them.
