Description
The Baťa Service House, commonly known as the "Big" Baťa, the Alizé Department Store since 2005, is the oldest department store in Bratislava. It is located on Hurban Square in the Old Town. It was built in 1931 by Baťa as. and Vladimír Karfík. The building is a listed building, one of the objects of Zlín's functionalist architecture in Slovakia.
