Cargo Harbor 2 lane 1-way

This is modified from the vanilla asset. I couldn't agree with how the original asset has 2-way roads that doesn't match what I'm trying to achieve.

Traffic Flow is optimised for LHD (right-traffic - EU/US/CN), trucks enter and exit the harbor smoother.

I've also added lights, because well, cargo harbors work at night as well, so it's fairly logical.

There is no animation though, but that also means you don't need to download anything else for it to just work.
