FAUN 3000 crashtender

Adds the FAUN 3000 airport crashtender fire vehicle.
It becomes available in 1980 in fire engine red and military camo paint of the German armed forces, with or without call sign. A 'International airport' yellow version is available without language or country references.
The mod is based on a creation of Cubus which he made for the game MedalOfHonor, great thanks to him for making it available for further modding!
With thanks to Ingo-1111 the latest addition to the mod are differently dressed characters. They are used for the driving vehicles and can also be selected for assets.

Asset included, in the categories trucks and Bko.

Vehicle features include:
- 10 driving variants.
- Interior.
- Doors open&close animations.
- Choice for animated flashlight rotation.
- Tailored drivers.
- Carry all default cargo types and, if you have, Water.
- Cargo capacity 60 (15 in game), load speed 2.

Asset features include:
- 5 asset variants.
- Turnable front steering wheels.
- Open sides none/top/bottom/all.
- Lights on/off or dimmed.
- Blink lights on/off.
- Animated flashlight on/off.
- Light mast on (up)/off and rotate if on.
- Blockflag yes/no.
- 3 settings for various tailored crew on board.
- Longitude and cross slope angles.*
- Industry capacity = 1.
- Changeable config, also after placement.

* note: Longitude and cross slope angles settings overrule steering wheels and light mast settings.
