Zombie majima help!

Zombie majima

I've done a little experiment on how i could get zombie majima to appear.
Below results are only of going out and in of serena's a total of 55 times.
I've probably tried going in and out for like 2000+ times, and zombie majima did not appear even ONCE. Every other person appeared, except him and i need him to appear for the ability



Story below:
I am counting which of the following i get when i walk outside of serena's (reina's place) I am trying to get zombie majima, but i never ran into him at all. 1 count is basically when i exit Serena's and the next count will be when i go back into it and go back out. Each time i exit the building i count once.
Since majima can spawn each time you exit the building, this is the reason why i did this.
When i see a majima i do not fight it unless i see zombie majima

Total Count of going outside of Serena's:
Total: Count: 55

Summary of count below:

Nothing(I go outside and is see no majima):Count: 42

Normal majima(includes these outfits) (basically i run into one of these): Count: 0
Thug Majima - Normal clothes, blue aura.
Slugger Majima - Normal clothes, yellow aura, carrying a bat.
Breaker Majima - Normal clothes, red aura.
Mad Dog Majima - Normal clothes, purple aura. Must be at least Rank S.

Officer Majima:Count: 1
Officer Majima - Police uniform, yellow aura.

Zombie Majima:Count: 0
Zombie Majima - Gray skin and a blue aura. Does a bit of a zombie walk. Won't appear until Rank C.

Dance outfit:Count: 0
Everyone's Idol Goro - Iconic silver disco outfit, red aura. Won't appear until Rank A.

Majima in car (when you exit you hear the car move):(As far as i know this is always normal majima / at least mostly.
Not worth checking the car to hope it is zombie majima since that chance is either really low or 0%)
Count: 12


Seeing the count of only 55 times is normal. But from those 2000 attempts i've ran into normal majima the most, officer majima a few times same goes for the dancer outfit, but i have still yet to find zombie majima.

dont know if this helps but i found him in the champion district, so try checking there, then going somewhere else and entering a building over and over until he spawns in somewhere

I think that you may only be able to find him roaming or roaming gives a higher chance
