A Mod About Meat Patch

Description
A couple tweaks to 'A Mod About Meat':
  • Meat floors are now removeable. *
  • Changed stuff adjective for human meat cubes. (Original mod creator says it's not intended to be the same in the original mod, so I fixed it.)
  • Floors can now be made from human meat cubes.

(Human meat is no longer in the base mod as of 10/12/24)

* Unfortunately, meat floors built before the patch is installed will still not be removeable. :(
The way that removing floors works is that the game is supposed to remember what is under the floor, so it can restore it when the floor is removed. But because this tag wasn't on the original floor, it wasn't remembered. I guess the game is just like 'uh, this floor didn't have this tag when it was built so nothing happens'

i still want to build a research bench and everything out of meat, is there a way you could make it available for use in everything thats stuffable?

Tthe meat stuff for statues would be great (even better if it can also work for dresses, rags and warmask) but if you could add back the human meat as a seperate kind that also would be appreciated as it did give an extra Oomph to have "human meat bed" and fields of human meat where I could grow my crops.

OK, removing all the references to the no longer existent human meat fixed it, but it also makes this kinda pointless. if we want to do more stuff with this like make meat a stuff for gear or statues I could do that

Looks like the base mod was updated to remove human meat entirely, so this mod wouldn't do much any more except have the floor be removeable. I can update it if it's still wanted

Whenever this is included in a modlist Rimworld fails to load the modlist and default to no mods. Something must have gotten broken at some point, anychance you can fix it?

I guess it would be possible! It looks like you'd just need to add the 'Meaty' category to whatever recipe you want to use it in.

Thank you so much for this fix, really nice! BTW would there be any way for the meat to be properly categorised as a building material. The way it is used for walls and beds and everything really make me want to wear tribal war masks made out of meat or to use it with other mods that make things stuffable...
