After reading this guide you should be able to understand what numbers you should be looking for when adjusting your ADS sensitivity and have at least one set of sensitivities to use.

Getting the true one-to-one ADS sensitivity
For this guide we are going to use a premade web-based sensitivity calculator[jscalc.io].

To get a true one-to-one ADS sensitivity your Scope Sensitivity values should match your Sensitivity value in every field.

I've already found one set of values that give me close enough one-to-one sensitivity that your otherwise perfect gaming mouse is more likely to have higher CPI variation than the perception of variation between your hipfire and ADS sensitivity.

When trying to find better values you should try to aim to have less than a pixel of error when turning full 360 degrees, so ideally less than HorizontalFOV / (360 * HorizontalPixelCount) variation in sensitivity. Additionally you would want to find MouseSensMultiplier value that allows you to have one-to-one even with Kali's 12x zoom.
Extra
To match your FOV in Rainbow Six: Siege to what you have in CS:GO, you should set your aspect ratio to the same value (most likely 16:9 or 4:3), and your DefaultFOV in the config-file should be 73.739795, which helps you when you are switching between the games. You can warm up in either game, and flicks will feel the same, so you can rely more on your trained hand-to-eye reactions because the perceived distance on the screen will always match the distance your mouse has to move in both games.
