There is now a set of handicapped bars available. Search keyword "Handicap"

YAY! YellowEyedWolf, you're the best! This house is proving very challenging, trying to make it wheelchair accessible. These bars will help a lot. Thank you!! :)

It's done............ you should be able to put them inside. My mother is in a wheelchair, as she lost the use of her legs due to a spinal degeneration. I'll make assist bars modeled after the ones my mother used for a while. I didn't see the need for it until now........

YellowEyedWolf, is there any way you could make this usable indoors? I'm currently doing a House Flipper challenge where the client is in a wheelchair, and these bars would be perfect to place behind the toilet, as assist bars.
