Replace the Bloat's voice with Fat Bastard's from the Austin Powers movies. Because the regular Bloats aren't scary enough.

Pardon my tardiness, everyone, but I think I have the mutator fixed. It may, however, not replace bloats in all cases, so please test it as much as you can. I've added some log messages, so to test it you can sift through "<your Steam folder>/SteamApps/common/KillingFloor/System/KillingFloor.log" for any messages containing "Bloated Bastard".

Well, I love FB from Austin Powers and i would love to see this in game, so could you try fix it up, I'm sure many other people would love it
