Timz I ran a max 100 server that averaged 30-40 players daily. It was on regular aussie internet(which everyone knows is shit) using my old gaming laptop which had an i7, gtx 960m and 16gb of ram. It was also pretty heavily modded and no one every said anything about lag. Sometimes there were rubber banding issues but that was plugin related which was fixable. I also often played on the server using the same laptop without causing problems for anyone. The only real issue was connection time was slightly longer for some people then on other servers.

also tried that online recoil trainer, NGL it kinda sucks and my spray is way worse there then accual in game

Highy recommend to get RSM if you want ease of access to running your own server on your pc. If your just a average joe your interent wont handle mroe then 10 players fyi
