Why is the file size so big?
It contains 9 assets, each has different side of the doors which are opened. Not to mention they all have interiors.

Interior light won't turn on?
1. It has to connect to electricity for the lights to turn on (it doesn't consume electricity)
2. You have to rename the train into something else other than its original name.
3. If neither works, simply demolish the train and plop it again.

Would this asset make my game lag?
You can try it first, it's not going to break your save game in any way. If you're concerned about the performance, you can use the version without the interior here, but then again, it's cities skylines we're talking about. What even is fps.
