This submission contains a few (mostly minor) changes to weapons and other items. The included ZIP file contains a modified copy of items_game and tf_english to aid with implementation.


CHANGELOG:
Weapon Changes:
* The Minigun, Medi Gun, and Sniper Rifle were given descriptions to explain their alt-fire mechanics
- Descriptions have also been added to the weapons' respective prefabs in the item schema
* Second Banana description was slightly tweaked to be more uniform with Sandvich description
* Unarmed Combat skins have been swapped to match it's initial function/appearance
- A Blue Scout will now have the Red Spy arm and vice-versa
* The Hot Hand has been given item_rubber pickup/drop sounds
- This item currently uses item_default sounds, which don't sound right
* The Gas Passer drop sound was changed to item_metal_weapon_drop (from item_bottle_drop)
