FM21 Data Driven Realistic Abilities

This editor data file tries to address some of the shortcomings of FM21 in terms of player ratings. I have made relative adjustments of the abilities and potentials of players based on modern day data analytics techniques. These includes;

Goals P90
Chances created P90
Tackle Won P90
Direct goal involvement P90
Passing accuracy
Goal conversion ratio
etc.

I was motivated to make this edit when I realised the ratings of some of the players in the game did not match up with their real life perfomances. Players like Bruno Fernandes, Grealish, Nick Pope, Giovanni Reyna, Antony, Kounde, Moukoko etc. are not properly rated in this version of FM. I compiled scouting reports from sources like WyScout, Scisports, Soccerment, Statbomb, and Scoutpad to make relative adjusts based on current perfomcaces and scout's developmental expectations of the the players.
