saw a weird station advertisement :O

notes:
- outside concrete, inside carbon composite/plastic
- cargo: 80k (extendable), 2x 16k, 5380
- spots for 2x large constructors (comes with 1)
- spot for shield/furnace
- space for 2x 9 growplots
- parking top and inside for small hv/sv
- 1 crew/personal room
- the cargo+desk lcd can switch color easily, just done with alpha (cargo has a 2nd color yellow, which needs changing in the code if you want to switch that too)

tried to keep this as a bit of a bunker style.

T1 starter base that is upgradable to t2
-starter planet resources only
-There are plenty of bare min t1 bases lets make this one where it has a landing pad, a place for a small farm,
needs to have some kind of defensive weapon system to start with like some sentry guns.
-the spawn level should be as low as possible. The idea is you build this up as you level up
and gear up to leave the start world.
