How to kill Undyne very very easily.

Struggling on that stupid spinning shield and those yellow arrows?
This is how to beat Undyne without absolutely no problem at all,
and for the better ones, without healing once.

Introduction

Undyne is a boss in Undertale, which is divided in multiple parts in multiple game phases.
This guide does not explain how to dodge her attacks in the phases before the actual fight, as they are very easy.

How to get a free kill (Neutral)

Classic Undyne fight is actually way easier than Undyne the Undying (the Genocide run one). There is one trick that allows you to deplete her health while keeping your health. Keep in mind that this method does not work in Genocide run or Pacifist run. It only works in Neutral..

Keep attacking Undyne. Once your SOUL turns red, click SPARE and FLEE. Quickly rush into the previous room with the determination point. Refill your health and come back into the battle!

The health you already drained from Undyne will not refill, meaning you can just repeat this until she eventually dies.

Sparing Undyne (Pacifist)

Pacifist Undyne requires some skill to properly do. You have to try to dodge couple of her attacks hitless to not waste items. Considering you only get 20 HP in Pacifist run, you can just fill your whole inventory with Cinnamon bunnies, as they are cheap and will heal you to 20 HP every time.

You have to learn her first attacks and do them flawlessly. You can take 3 hits before having to heal.
If you haven´t taken three hits from your last healing, do not heal.

Keep sparing and acting until she turns your SOUL red. Then click the SPARE button and FLEE. Run upwards towards Hotland. She is faster than you are, meaning you are going to get back to the battle multiple times. Repeat this process until you reach Hotland.

After running past sleeping Sans in a stall, Undyne will fall to the ground from heat. Do not leave the area, as that makes Undyne disappear and also aborts Pacifist run. (Pacifist run requires you to visit Undyne´s house with Papyrus, but if you leave the screen, Undyne will get a sun burn and you will not be able to visit her house.) Take a plastic cup of water from the dispenser nearby and give it to Undyne.

well, to be fair i beat Undyne in pacifist first try, she was easier than the dummy to me lol

FG127 Yeah, it does not work on Genocide. The only thing I can suggest is saving Butterscotch Cinnamon Pie and other items that heal enough HP. You could use Dog Residue to obtain Dog Salad. It can heal you very high amounts of HP or only 1 HP, so you are risking you get almost no HP. Keep in mind that this guide is very outdated, I will update it. I never tried it, but I heard the speed boost from the tea sold at Gerson´s is a great thing in Undyne´s battle. You can fill your whole pockets with Cinnamon Bunnies, that is a very easy to access item that heals a decent amount of HP, but you still need a lot of skill to beat Undyne the Undying. Try to get as far as possible in the beggining, her first couple of attacks are easier. Heal when you need to later. Good luck!
