Customizable LevelUp

Provides an in-game menu to customize what, if any, additional benefits your character gains when leveling up. You can access these settings by going to the SparkLevel tab in the Game Options. All modifiers are added on-top of the default level-up bonuses.

@Huzzah Negative. Only additional values when leveling up.

Does this bypass the level cap?

@Leugimimi Yup, only affects PC.

does it only affect the PC? because another addon had more resist per level but affected npc's too.

@Arendeth, now saved globally. All characters should be operating off the same settings now (including new games!). I am toying with the idea of having both global and character-specific settings that work together (global + character value per level), but that requires a bit more pazzaz in the game menu.

Next time I have time and am on a coding streak I'll try doing that.

maybe you should ask the people on the discord chat I'm someone would help (most of the time0 and you can look at how other people code there mods by extracting the mods with something like 7zip.

@Arendeth, I'll look into it. I tried to do that originally, but couldn't figure it out quickly and just went with per-character.

Could you make it so that it saves the setting that you set it to between new games (so you don't need to tweak it every-time you want to make a new character)
