Description
As per request from steam discussion forums.

Nothing special just given the vanilla Hannibal Barca character a North African darkened skin tone.

I just don't understand why some like misleading people especially Blacks into thinking that certain Historical figures where Black when they weren't, there are plenty of Great Black historical figures throughout History if some take the time to look, you don't need to make up Black Historical figures.

If you look at Hannibal Barca's Statue he could be anything but Black, his nose looks White, his lips are small, the only thing I can see that could make him even remotely Black is his curly hair, like I said many ethnicities have curly hair and Whites have curly hair as well. The Romans describe him as being of a dark complexion, some Italians today are of a dark complexion and so are Spanish and middle eastern peoples.

I know this was made for fun and I get it, but some believe he was actually a Black man and that is misleading and wrong.

This is all I have to say on the matter.

The Cartheginians (definitely butchered the spelling) were descendants of the Phoenician trading colonists that settled in the region. There was some mixture with the native populations and more southern people groups but not much overall, much like the Greek/Macedonian Ptolemies that came to rule Egypt.
