The rooftop to the south has a couple of dead bodies. Both of these have the same legendary armor.

Go to Tama Viewpoint and follow the winding road. Eventually, you’ll see several ruined cars and a corpse with the gear.

Tactical Hybrid-glass Corporate Glasses

From Tama Viewpoint or Rancho Coronado East, swing towards the south and follow the winding road.

You’ll see an Arasaka billboard as your landmark. The crate below that has the item.
