I subbed and tried using this, but I found no trace of how to use it. A shame, if you ever provide guidance on how to use it I'll consider re-subbing.

You can place them on your creative map like
the normal beacon in survival. Unfortunately, the markings are not visible in the world. This will be fixed in one of the next developer updates ...
