i was able to beat him by using the left side because he doesn't climb up the platform or walk up he stairs to get to you. HE stops right at the top of the stairs. If you do it right you can aggro him near the stairs then walk over on the platform and he wont be able to get close to you. Only issue would be dodging his weird bullets (dont know what he shoots at you lol)

In my game while our negotiation went south i or jackie(i forget who) blew his head off when he turned around, it was an option provided at the end of the conversation.

Grenades, shutdown optics, sword because I can't aim well.

He's got a shield L2P. Gamers be like "oh Gawd! Why am I not winning! I'm bestgaMurEver! F U CDP games broke!"

I must of cheesed the system somehow. I took him down in an instant without a fight at the end of the conversation with him.

I killed him whit grenades' mostly

No challenge dumb AI they just make his bullet sponge...
