TF2 Heavy's POW SWEP

Description
Hello! This is my new addon!
It adds a SWEP, that mimics the taunt kill from Team Fortress 2 made by Heavy.

It has a few bugs, but it works alright.

If there's any problems, i'll try to fix them as soon as possible, just post the issue in the comments.

It's my other mod - CSS sweps. Although i've stopped developing it for now, but you can still check it out.
