Massive FPS Boost (ISLC, HxD Edittor)

Hey guys! This is my first guide I've ever done so bare with me.

Like you, I've had some pretty poor optimization for Cyberpunk so far but I've noticed a few things.

1. the longer of a session you have will result in lower performance.
As in, the game seems to load more things while you continue to play and doesn't unload them

2. The game clogs your RAM this way

Intelligent standby list cleaner (ISLC)

This little program will run in the background and automatically clear your RAM standby list.

Everything will be set to default and you can just hit Start after running the application.
You should click the two boxes on the bottom left to have it auto open when you start your PC

You can change the 'free memory is lower than' value to whatever you see fit. I set mine to always have at least 5gb ram free, but that's just me.

Install

Open HxD Editor and open your Cyberpunk.exe in your steam folder.
NOT the launcher, but the one located in \Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 in your steam folder.

After opening the .exe click search then Find and choose the hex-values tab.
Search for:
75 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08
and change
75 to EB

Save and launch.
