Quality of life change to skip the launcher and directly start the game.

Open Game Properties
Right click Cyberpunk 2077 and then click on Properties...
Insert launch options
Click the input field, enter
--launcher-skip
and then close the properties window (It automatically saves your input).
Click "Play"
Start the game by clicking Play:
enjoy this little quality of life change.


If you have trouble finding the play button, enter
steam://run/1091500
in your webbrowser.

Idk if this works anymore in 2025. Tbh, you bypass the launcher entirely, in an entirely different way. Just list Cyberpunk's actual .exe as a "non-steam game" and it should launch the game directly.

This game is impossible to play over remote play with TV because of the launcher and then having to press [space] a bunch of times to start it. Can't launch with a tv-connected controller like that. Hopefully this skip helps a bit there, will try.

Do you have any idea how I can make the game start and the launcher appear? since when I run it, the launcher does not come out and I do not have any command set and I need to enable mods from the launcher

@CunningLinguist Im uninstalling and then reinstalling, and ill just use the launcher, also im always online so it could be something else. I will let you know what happens, and btw it seems others are having the same issue. Thanks for your help!
