A complete achievement guide for Cyberpunk 2077 (Version 2.0 + DLC)

Introduction

Hello and welcome, this guide has the purpose to help you get all the achievements in the game.

• Number of missable Achievements: 11 (The Devil, Bushido and Chill, To Bad Decisions!, Breathtaking, Ten out of Ten, Stanislavski's Method, King of Wands, King of Swords, The Tower, King of Cups, King of Pentacles)
  
• All of the "Weapons and Kills" related achievements are glitched and may not pop up on first try.
  
• Minimum number of playthroughs: 1
  
• Difficulty required for 100%: There's no difficulty related achievements in the game.

General Tips

• To effectively navigate this guide use the search feature. To do this, press CTRL + F on your keyboard and type what you're looking for in the search box.
  
• You can click on the images to enlarge them.
  
• I highly recommend creating a new manual save after each story mission. This will help if you miss anything.
  
• Try to save as much money as possible. You will need a lot for Autojock achievement.
  
• Even after patch 2.0 you still can't reset your attribute points. So, spend your perks / attribute points first on skills connected to the achievements Christmas Tree Attack and Ten out of Ten

The Fool
Become a mercenary.

The next achievements are related to the different endings of the game, you can redo your choice to get them all after the credits. Just select "Sure, just one more gig" option.

The Devil
Help Takemura avenge the death of Saburo Arasaka.
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

To achieve this you must save Takemura during the main mission “Search and Destroy” and then choose the ending where you help him avenge the death of Saburo. This is a easy one to miss because there is no objective and no indication that he can be saved.

The Sun
Become a legend of the Afterlife.
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

To achieve this you must complete Rogue's questline first and then choose the "Think you and Rogue should go" dialogue option. After defeating Adam Smasher, cross the bridge. This achievement can't be missed.

The Star
Leave Night City with the Aldecaldos.
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

To achieve this you must complete Panam's questline first and then choose the ending where you asks Panam for help. After defeating Adam Smasher pick the dialogue "Wanna live out whatever life I got left". This achievement can't be missed.

Temperance
Let Johnny Silverhand keep your body. (Hidden/Secret Achievement)
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

There's two ways to achieve this, either you complete Panam's questline first and then choose the ending where you asks Panam for help. After defeating Adam Smasher pick the dialogue "Body's Johnny's. I'll go". 
Or, you must complete Rogue's questline first and then choose the ending where you asks Rogue for help. After defeating Adam Smasher, go into the well instead of crossing the bridge. This achievement can't be missed.

Side Quests

Judy vs Night City
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)


Complete all Judy Alvarez's side missions, her side quests unlocks during the story.

Life of the Road
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)


Complete all Panam Palmer's side missions, her side quests unlocks during the story.

Bushido and Chill
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)


Complete all Rogue's side missions, this one is missable because if you aren't nice to Johnny at his grave during "Chippin' In", you cannot play the following Rogue missions.

To Bad Decisions!
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)


Finish all of Kerry Eurodyne's side jobs. His side quests unlocks after completing Rogue’s questline, so if you miss "Bushido and Chill", you'll miss this one too.

To Protect and Serve
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)


Complete River Ward's side quests, his side quests unlocks during the story.

Weapons and Kills

Right Back At Ya
Kill or incapacitate an enemy who threw a grenade at you.


This achievement is very easy, just kill or incapacitate an enemy who threw a grenade.

Gun Fu
Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies in quick succession with a revolver or pistol in close combat.

Very easy while playing as Johnny Silverhand, all you need to do is to defeat 3 enemies within 3.5 seconds from 5 meters or less.

Gunslinger
Shoot an enemy grenade in midair with a revolver.


First of all you have to use a revolver, do not try this with a pistol or any other gun, also I recommend doing this on easy. After equipping a revolver, find a random enemy, wait until he throws a grenade and shoot it, if you miss just take cover and wait, eventually he will throw another grenade.

The Quick and the Dead
Kill or incapacitate 50 enemies while time is slowed.


2.0 Update: the easiest way to get that achievement is by purchasing Zetatech Sandevistan (OS) from the ripperdoc in Watson, Kabuki. Then, simply press E to slow time and kill 50 enemies while time is slowed.

True Warrior
Kill or incapacitate 100 enemies using melee weapons.


Gorilla Arms, Mantis Blades and Monowire also counts towards the achievement.

True Soldier
Kill or incapacitate 300 enemies using ranged weapons.


Pretty self explanatory.

Two Heads, One Bullet
Kill or incapacitate 2 enemies with the same sniper rifle shot.


You don't need to kill with a headshot but it makes the process easier thanks to the critical damage it provides.
The best place I found to do this is located at Kabuki sub-district. 
There you will find three enemies (two Tyger Claws and one officer).
Reduce your difficulty to easy and pick up a sniper rifle. Do a manual save, line them up and get a clean shoot at the head of both.
If you missed just load your game and try again.

Daemon in the Shell
Kill or incapacitate 3 enemies with one "Detonate Grenade" quickhack.


2.0 Update: you can buy the blueprint for the quickhack from the Netrunner in Coastview, Pacifica. Simply craft the quickhack after buying it.
Then, to kill three guys, go to the place I've shown for the "Two Heads, One Bullet" achievement. In front of those enemies, do de quickhack.

V for Vendetta
After reviving yourself with Second Heart, kill or incapacitate the enemy who killed you.

2.0 Update: to get this you'll need 46.178 Eddies (make a Manual Save before buying it, then you can reload after achieving it to get your money back). Go to the Kabuki ripperdoc in Watson and get the second hearth in Circulatory System.
After equipping it, let some random enemy kill you, revive and kill him.

Rough Landing 
While Berserk cyberware is active, perform a Superhero Landing to kill or incapacitate 2 enemies.

2.0 Update: Head to the ripperdoc in Watson, Northside, and acquire the Zetatech Berserk OS. Make sure to upgrade it to tier 4 to get the Superhero Landing skill. To this, you will need 41.858 Eddies (make a Manual Save before buying it, then you can reload after achieving it to get your money back).
Now go to the place shown below and climb the containers.
Equip a blunt weapon (like a baseball bat), press E to activate Berserk mode and, while in the air, press Q to perform the Superhero Landing in this group of enemies. 
Remember: you have to kill 2 enemies to unlock the achievement.

Exploration Achievements

I recommend leaving this section to the endgame, the reason for this is because after the story all NCPD Scanner Hustles, Cyberpsycho Sightings and Tarot Graffiti will be marked on your map automatically. And while you're doing these objectives, you will be discovering fast travel spots.

Breathtaking
Collect all items that once belonged to Johnny Silverhand.


There are seven items.
The first one is a reward of the main quest "Tapeworm".
You will receive four of them completing the side quest "Chippin' In".
The next one is a missable item! it is on the thievery gig named "Psychofan". You can find it at Heywood > The Glen. Silverhand's pants are in a suitcase on the left side of the bed.
For the final item you have to be street cred 35, then look for a gig called "Family Heirloom" in Westbrook > Charter Hill.

The Wandering Fool
Find all tarot graffiti.


Tip: You can scan them from far away and even while in your car, may make some of them easier to get. 

I Am The Law



Complete all Cyberpsycho Sightings.

Frequent Flyer 
Find all fast travel dataterms.


This achieve should come naturally while you're doing gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles, but you can use this map to track the dataterms (credits to RavenRain_ on reddit). 

Tips for the next achievements:

• Make sure that you have not left any NCPD Scanner Hustles on the border of two areas.
  
• Some "reported crimes" are attached to shards. Try to open all of your unread shards and see if any of them will appear in your journal.

City Lights



Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in City Center.

Mean Streets



Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Heywood.

Little Tokyo



Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Westbrook.

The Wasteland



Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in the Badlands.

Greetings from Pacifica!



Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Pacifica.

The Jungle



Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Santo Domingo. 

It's Elementary 



Complete all gigs and NCPD Scanner Hustles in Watson.

Character Development

Full Body Conversion 
Install at least one implant in each system and body part.


You can get implants at Ripperdocs, marked by a white Scissors icon on the map. I strongly recommend trying to get as many as you can for free as a reward from side activities cause you'll need a ton of money to spend on cars for the Autojock achievement.

Ten out of Ten 
Reach the max level in any skill.


Skill levels are increased by repeatedly doing the same thing like hacking, killing and being stealthy. Just keep in mind that your skill level progress is hitched to the attribute points you've spent on the respective skill tree.
For example, you can only have Assault, Handguns and Blades level 20 if your Reflexes are level 20.

This one is missable because there is not enough Attribute Points to max out everything and no way to reset them.

Legend of The Afterlife 
Reach max Street Cred.


Complete main missions, side quests and gigs to increase your Street Cred and reach 50.

Misc

Stanislavski's Method
Use a dialogue option related to V's life path 10 times.


This is one of the missable achievements but very unlikely to miss, you just have to pick 10 different dialogues tied to your starting lifepath throughout the game.

Autojock
Buy all vehicles available for purchase.


You have to reach Street Cred 50 to unlock all 26 buyable cars. Like the exploration achievements, I recommend leaving this one for the endgame because you will need a lot of money.

Master Crafter 
Craft 3 Legendary items.


2.0 Update: Make a manual save before this, and then start to disassemble all of your guns and junk to get components. Afterward, craft three Tier 5 Item Components using the materials you've just obtained by disassembling
I recommend leaving this for the endgame, since you get a lot of crafting materials and guns while playing and looting throughout the game.

Christmas Tree Attack
Complete a Breach Protocol with a minimum of 3 daemons uploaded.


2.0 Update: You will have to spend some points in the Intelligence Tree, get the "Eye in the Sky" and "Forceful Cypher" skills to make this a little easier.
Now find a hackable laptop and jack in. You must complete all three sequences to receive the achievement.

Must Be Rats 
Perform the Distract Enemies quickhack 30 times without drawing attention to yourself.


The easiest way I found to do this is going to Kabuki district, in the place where you do the gig "Woman of La mancha" (picture below).
In this place there are many enemies that do not attack you and a lot of vending machines. Just keep hacking and distracting them until the achievement pop up.

Phantom Liberty

Story Related

All the President's Men
Save President Myers.
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

Story related achievement and can't be missed.

Arachnophobia
Defeat the Chimera.
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

Story related achievement and can't be missed.

Spin Doctor
Complete “Run This Town”.
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

Story related achievement and can't be missed.

Ending Related

To unlock all ending-related achievements in Phantom Liberty, you need to create a manual save when you reach Firestarter mission. Otherwise, you will miss out on four of the five possible achievements related to the endings.
The picture below shows the dialogue that will require a manual save to get all the achievements.

King of Wands
Take Songbird to the stars.
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

To achieve this you must select the "Help Songbird escape" dialogue. After picking this choice, advance normally through the main story. 
During the mission "The Killing Moon" eventually, you will have a train ride with Songbird. After the train ride, check if the game has made an autosave; otherwise, it's a good time to make a manual one.
After saving, choose the option to pick up Songbird and then lay her down when Reed appears. Choose the options: Can't let you take her > Draw Weapon > Shoot Reed. Rest of the choices don't matter, just enjoy the ending.

King of Swords
Take Songbird home.
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

Load the save from the previous achievement, then select the choices where you call Reed and close the deal.

The Tower
Complete "Things Done Changed".
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

After achieving King of Swords, skip some time until Reed calls you to start "Through Pain to Heaven". Complete this main job and the following ones to get The Tower achievement.

King of Cups
Fulfill Songbird's request.
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

Load your save from the "Firestarter"  job, and this time, choose the option to "help Reed capture Songbird".
During the mission "Somewhat Damaged" eventually, you will reach Songbird inside the core. Make a manual save here.
For King of Cups choose the dialogue where you Kill her.

King of Pentacles
Refuse Songbird's request.
(Hidden/Secret Achievement)

Load the save from the previous achievement, then select the choices where you spare Songbird.

Miscellaneous

Dirty Deeds



Complete every Gig in Dogtown.

The APB is Not Enough
Become Dogtown's most wanted criminal.


This is a very easy achievement, just start attacking civilians and all incoming Barghest forces (Dogtown "police") to increase the wanted level until it reaches 5 stars. 

Judgement Day
Eliminate three bosses from the "Increased criminal activity" category.


The bosses are located in Dogtown, you can still find them after completing the story. They get marked on the map by a triple-skull icon when going near them. 
You can also find a Relic Point for "Relic Ruler" achievement in each one of the bosses areas.
See each area below:

Easy Come, Easy Go
Steal the Arasaka medical truck or deliver 10 vehicles to El Capitan.


You'll unlock the first delivery mission after rescuing Rosaline Myers. The mission is called "Push to the Limit". After completing it, the vehicles will randomly spawn on the map with an icon of a green wheel.
Alternatively, after delivering 8 vehicles, you'll receive a side job to steal an Arasaka truck. If you deliver the truck, you'll unlock the achievement.

Relic Ruler
Unlock all Perks in the Relic Perk tree.


For this achievement you'll need 15 Relic Points to upgrade your Perk tree.

• 6 are given by just progressing through the story;
• You can get 3 by exploring each one of the "Increased criminal activity" areas;
• The last 6 you can get by collecting Restricted Data Terminals, they show up on your map by a white Relic icon when you're nearby. 

None of them are missable.

The other thing to mention is that one NCPD assault in Pacifica district is not pointed out to the map.
So if you closed all gigs and NCPD assaults and achievement did not pop up, it is probable that you miss this last assault. Just go near the stadium, it will be shown on the map when you come close to it. It worked for me.

The strangest achievement and the only one with which I had problems was to kill 3 enemies with Detonate grenade quickhack. You kill 3 people and it just does not pop up. I tried couple places, including one pointed in this guide, but it just did not work.
Instead you need to go to Watson, find 3 people who sit beside the table, these guys will give the achievement.
Please refer to PowerPyx video guide for this achievement to see where it is on the map.

I think it is can be helping to mention that I got Master crafter achievement (Create 3 legendary items) by just crafting tier 5 (legendary) components. So it seems that everything you need for this achievement is just 15 tier 4 components.

@LewPer by the time I played the game, after the ending credits, you could select a dialog option to redo your choice and get all the achievements. I think this option is still available in the current version.
