Low Graphics Settings
This is the lowest possible graphics settings that you can set in the in-game display menu.
Ultra High Graphics Settings
This is the highest possible graphics settings that you can set in the in-game display menu.
My Consider Best Graphics Settings
EDIT : V-Sync must be turned ON. If the V-Sync is not locking your fps correctly then you can try to use RivaTuner or Nvidia Control Panel to lock it.

Resolution: 1920 x 1080
Refresh Rate: 60
V-Sync: On
Anti-aliasing: 4X
DirectX Version: 9
Widescreen: On

GENERAL PERFORMANCE
Real Tree: Low/High (High if your pc is good)
Fire: Medium
Physic: Low

ADVANCED OPTIONS
Overall: Custom
Vegetation: Medium
Shading: Low
Terrain: Medium
Geometry: Low
Post: Low
Textures: Low/Very High (Very high if your pc is good)
Shadow: High
Ambient: Low
HDR: Off
Bloom: Off

What does lowering the physic actually do?

everything on full (except frames) is easily the best looking FC2

you should keep vsync on,the npcs dont work properly if the fps is highier than 60

i believe vsync should be on so you can cap your game at 60fps, the game can get rly wonky when running at a higher fps

V-Sync needs to be enabled if playing single player.
