Description

SIG SAUER MG338, next generation GPMG using .338 Norma Magnum similar to General Dynamics LWMMG. designed with SIG Next-Generation Suppressor in mind, lightweight at 20 pounds, easily converted to 7.62 while bearing ambidexterous controls and detachable picatinny attached folding stock. SIG developed spoon device to reload without opening side-folding feeding tray cover. .338 Norma Magnum gives .50 caliber performance at light weight, and is used in various next-gen sniper rifles. purchased by USSOCOM to replace M240 Bravo.
