In this guide we look at manpower and morale and how a conquering country impacts them.

Manpower and Moral are those urban centres with green circles.

Section 1: Manpower and Morale

In this guide I show you how capturing the green circles (urban centers of manpower and morale) affect the countries involved.
1) I show you how morale is calculated from resources on the map.
2) The starting value of manpower is defined in the scenario creation.
3) I show you how a ratio is used to calculate changes in manpower when these centers are captured.
Note:
1) manpower and morale does not increase for the attacker.
2) That reducing a countries morale will make it surrender. For the UK, you have to get it down to zero but for others like Italy, you only need to get the morale value below its breaking point.
