L4D1 Style Black friday spitter

Description
ive had this on my pc for awhile now and decided to just post it

takes the black friday spitter and makes her skin more pale and grey and changes the dress to a dark blue color

Hey man, I modified this file so that it only appears in l4d1 campaigns. Would you be cool if i posted it and credited you and the original guy on gamemaps.
