Doc was a child that his parents was really poor in france, he could really do something about it but could sell drugs, he started to sell weed at high school then went to cocaine, and then LSD, that thing that he gives you as doc in the game isn't really healing you, it's just a drug that taking off the pain so it's just feeling like you healed, and yeah I know you saying aaaaaaa of course he will talk about drugs, guys I know but there is plottwist his drugs weapon has a chip and it's going to your body and gives all the information about you, like the rook shield, btw doc it's rook's partner, it's all make sense.
