You can edit it. However I cannot give you the VMF because I don't have it.

Hey, can i maybe edit your map ( ill need the vmf ) i need to edit this for my server because there are some bugs and optimalization issues ( low fps on spawn etc. ) i really need you permission and the vmf.

Thanks, but the lights does hit the FPS too much so we need to optimize it :)
