(Season of the Hunt) Endgame build without armor grind for all classes
By Shest
This guide showcases a default endgame build for every class without endless armor grind.
All builds will work with every subclass and every weapon you have in mind.

You can use these builds in every PvE activity in the game, starting from just open world stuff to raids and Grand Master difficulty nightfalls.

I am hopefully able get one of these out every season. For questions: https://twitter.com/ShestD2

Introduction
With the introduction of sunsetting in Destiny 2, armor grind has been increasingly more annoying to-do and the effort spent on it feels wasted after a while, getting that perfect 1 in 100000 piece is straight up meet with the feeling of waste given they will be sunset rather sooner than later.

Bungie provides a "decent" source of high stat armor rolls every season in their 10$ season pass, we will be utilizing those.
This guide focuses on setting everything up with mods so you can get the best out of these armor pieces.

Every build has 1 exotic as well, don't worry though the stats don't matter as we are utilizing the collection rolls.

Prerequisite
This will be a list of things you should have ready, be able to get.

  • Enough materials to masterwork everything

  • The Dragon's Shadow Hunter Exotic

  • Lion Rampants Titan Exotic

  • Transversive Steps Warlock Exotic

  • Following mods:
    • Powerful Friends

    • Radiant Light

    • Protective Light

    • Global Reach

    • Taking Charge

    • Stat-mods (for Recovery, intellect, Discipline, Mobility)
  • Season Pass rank: 57
Meta loadout, adjustable loadout
All weapon related mods are based around one meta loadout that I like to use, those mods can be adjusted to whatever you want to run in your build. Global Reach requires any Ikelos/Seraph weapon to create Warmind Cells, I greatly advice to run one of those at all times.

Summary
All in all you can make very decent builds that you can use for everything, your weapons and weapon specific mods are changeable to whatever you want.

You can always grind for your own armor, make better builds, with better exotics or different exotics however this is a very basic one that works for everything, every activity and most importantly it doesn't require a stupid amount of grind to get certain pieces.

@RgZephyrusX
Enhancement Prisms from Ordeal Nightfalls or Dismantling masterworked legendary armor you get from the Pit of Heresy boss
Ascendant Shards from Ordeal Nightfalls, Trials or buying them with 10 prisms

Collections is where you can pull exotics (you have obtained them once before) with static rolls that are always the same

The build is based on the fact that all stats are the same for everyone trying to make this build, every build can be better with better armor, better distribution and better exotics but isn't the goal here.

@Fight Systemic Racism, no worries at all. The comment section is for Q&As :D

Resilence adds
"1-5 Resilience | each tier ~0.7%
6-10 Resilience | each tier ~1.5%"

The amounts you can are so ridiculous small that they are irrelevant for any build, its more important for titan since it governs their class ability but its only the barrier which in my opinion not that great overall.

i noticed Resilience is the lowest stat or among the lowest for all the builds; i know this is a comments section not a Q&A section but just curious on the reason? Is there a desired ratio for Recov / Resil?

lions are good so you can fly and so you dont kill yourself on accident, and you can skate more effectively

I personally feel like Dunemarchers would be better for Titan as having more trash mob clearing potential would be better

@Sam-13, I picked exotics that resulted in a good neutral gameplay but also yield a good stat distribution with the least amount of wasted stats. All builds obviously can be improved, different exotics can be choosen however that is not the point of the guide, the guide showcases a stock build EVERYONE with the seasonpass can replicate with the exact same stats and mods. It's a default build you can improve on your own.

@thehomiecade, I picked those mods due to their stat boosting potential and the ability to make your fireteam members charged with light as well

@Mosley, the loadout is a stock loadout, the build works with everything you have in mind or want to play in your chosen activity

@Destiny Dad#1046 (No Name), it very well might be better than what most people play since most don't care for stats all that much
