Tooltipped Long Names
Adds an ability to see non-truncated long names in the tooltip that shows when hovering the mouse over truncated object name on the inspect window.

Especially useful for those who play with mods like Infused / Infusion 2 or other mods that modify existing or add new items with long names to the game.
It can also be useful for those who play with languages other than English, that sometimes have large grammatical constructions.

Safe to add or remove mid-game.

also for germans too i think, since "Washing Machine" in english, might be this in german:
"MachineWhichIsUsedForCleaningDirtyClothes" or something

Good on you to add that information about infused mods. That would be a huge help there.
