Introduction to Blockade 3D
Welcome, I'm glad you chose this quide.

Skip this paragraph (this small section) if you have no problems with this game.
Only to anyone who hates this game: Before trashing the game just find another game, you're not expected to like cheap p2w (you don't have to spend like 50$), 4team, undone, half-dead game... Go and play Rainbow Six Siege (well balanced and polished game, costs money to buy it), CS:GO (free, balanced), Minecraft Crafting Dead mod (through Technic Launcher, bought MC required to play multiplayer, blocky shooter), 7 Days to Die (costs some money but generally a fun game, co-op and singleplayer only). Blockade 3D is a good game but without spending money it is really challanging and sometimes unfair to play and that's the reason I made this guide.

You have been introduced to the problems of the game and I hope that you will be reasonable and will not behave like children below in the comments.

Now we can start with the actual guide.

Everyone can find some info in this guide useful so I recommend everyone to read this guide.

If I helped you after you read this guide don't forget to rate this guide so more people will notice this one of a kind guide. This took me over 2 days to do and I'm updating it every week when I find something interesting.

Also don't forget to give me feedback (write a comment bellow about an error or a question or your opinions) I'll be happy to update/correct this guide.

Read the entire guide or else you might miss some importhat stuff because I've put useful information everywhere.

I'm level 18+, you may also get to this level one day (you can get to my level in under a month if you play well like me) and enjoy this game as I do (200+ hours, not all actually played hours).
Here you can see my Blockade3D Character (by the way I'm Czech not German) you can customise your character as mine if you want to.

Remember this game is in Early Access and is not finished, but it's playability is exceptionally good for Early Access but you might come across some bugs or as happened on aprox. 25.11., "pernament flashbang", you couldn't see nor hear anything.

This game is P2W (to actually enjoy it you may only want to pay 2,5$, you can consider this "buying the game", and without it you should take it more like "playing demo") but this P2W is not like others because you're level locked away from other (better) weapons. But there are still upgrades for weapons which can give you a slight adventage. (upgrading M3 or Type99 for example) I'll explain everything in the guide itself.
Must do's for a noob
(don't take noob offensively, noob means new player / unexperienced player.)

Short version:
(You have to trust what I write, explained in the Detailed version)

1) Customize your character.

2) You may want to spend 2.5-5$ on getting better gear and guns. (2.5$ is enough, but you'll have to spend wisely)

3) Cap on empty servers and get up to level 3, where you get TMP (a better UZI). Otherwise it will be really hard.

First games until level 3
Capture the middle or/and also kill as many enemies as possible.

Detailed version:

Preparation for first games.

1) Weapons and basic rules of following this guide:
Go to Arsenal (which is Shop and your Arsenal combined). You have some weapons from the start TT (pistol), UZI (SMG), M3 (shotgun) and a shovel.
Don't buy stuff unless told to in this guide you have to trust me, it's better for you.
Do not upgrade TT, UZI nor M3 wait for TMP or better gun you'll get or buy. (see level drops>)
In future: You'll get better weapons upgrade those.
Don't buy a lot of weapons.
In future: 2 weapons from every category is enough untill you reach level 15/16, then you'll start unlocking good weapons.
Consider buying guns with higher armor piercing because it's really hard to kill some players. (It's like mini-Blockade3D boss fights)
Don't buy melle weapons
Never.
Everything you'd consider as "projectile" or "thrown entity" doesn't work. Throwables (small edged weapons), greandes (toxic, smokes, explosive,...), explosives (TNT, C4,...) and when thrown you'll never get them back (Early Access) wait for the game to be done.
After level 15/16 you'll most likely know all basics, obviously.

After you get your better guns like TMP I recommend upgrading them with the first sight (Aimpoint), it'll cost you 3 coins but you'll increase shooting distance from 20 to 23 blocks, every block counts. Also you may want to buy Premium for 12 hours. (1 kill = 100xp but w/Premium 200xp) or you rather buy armor so you die slower to any weaker weapons.

info for 2): I recommend spending some money to buy better gear (like I have). For more look at 3) and come back to 2) later.
2) Clothes & armor:
Go to Character tab and just look at all the categories. Here the P2W is the strongest, more it costs, better it is (usually, click through all clothes & armor and see for yourself). Here's their importance in order: 1) Helmet (+ ability to survive headshots more easily), 2) Vest (+ huge amout of armor) 3) Jacket (+ some armor) , 4) Elbow & Knee pads (together, + some armor) , 5) Boots (+ movement and + very little armor, 6) Mask (+ a little armor).
You don't need: Pants (no armor), Jacket (+ a little armor, expensive for how much you get), and anything not mentioned.

Tip: Keep in mind that mobility is more affected by your weapon than your Armor.

info:
Armor applies to head and body and then there's the helmet with seperate health of 10/25/50/100 "helmet points". Armor piercing of opponents weapon determines how much damage he'll do to you. Some guns can "ignore" armor when they hit the head (yes even the best p2w armor). Armor protects you even from melee attacks. Every point of armor counts, especiall when you're fighting low level noobs with guns like UZI, low armor piercing guns.

Example of "light armor": or you can buy "heavy armor": cheapest (20 coins) vest (+40 armor) and knee and elbow pads (+4+4 = +8 armor)
or you can buy "headgear": (basic) Helmet (+50 helmet) and any Mask (+5 armor)
Tip: you get the tank top when you unselect your Jacket.
(anything in "..." is made up but helps to generalise what I mean)

info for 3): You may want to come back to this point after your first game
3)Pay to win / Ease your progress
If you're willing to spend some money and ease your progress in game then you may want to buy the 2.5 or 5$ package, If you're really liking this game buy 10$ package. (you'll need to buy weapons and upgrade them in the future but 5$ should be enough up to lvl 10 in my opinion)
As I wrote earlier, consider this as "buying the game" instead of "playing demo".

What exactly should you buy?
Premium time:
12h Premium as trial
84h Premium recommended
- +100% xp at the end of the match
- example: when you get 10500 xp in one match (you can see your xp you already got in the match using tab key), you will get 21000xp when the match ends (ends after timer on top runs out or some team captures 1500 capture points).
Info: Premium time is deducted from play time on any server. So you lose as many premium time as you actually played hours. This applies even when you join and exit before match ended. (match ends when you're presented with Victory/Defeat screen and 3 pictures of best players in 3 different regards)

info: This game wasn't updated for over a year. Developers still fix bugs but so far it seems like they stopped improving the game. I still like 3D more than Classic though.

Armor (in Character tab):
Reinforced helmet:
most important piece of equipment to have in Blockade3d, you'll be guaranteed to survive any non-sniper shots (slow ROF high DMG snipers still kill through Rein. helmets) to the head, yes you even survive any shotgun blast into the face at 1 block distance.)
Do not buy unreinforced helmet.
Do not take anything else, that'd be just stupid.

Vest:
just adds lots of armor but takes some mobility. Choose any vest you want.

Armored blocks:
every block is worth 0,005€ so don't use them too extensively! You 'll be surprised how fast they'll be used.

Recommended armor setup: (in order, "best to worse")
African (skin collor)
Reinforced Helmet (helmet)
Heavy Armor (vest)
Bandit (jacket)
Elbow and knee pads
Silent killer (boots)
Rioter (mask)
Pants and gloves don't matter but I recommend any black or gray.
Pants: Killer
Gloves: Special forces)
Also:
Make your skin color African. Darker you are, harder you are to spot.
Buy black clothes.
Mobility tab in this guide is also relevant to this topic.

Additional info:
-Don't mind vehicles tab, that's just something in development.
First battles
First games until level 3
Most likely the only server(s) where players are, are Battle (castle icon) servers, it's a mode where you capture the middle (+1 point pre player per second => 3 players can get 3 pts/sec for their team, 1500 is needed to win as a team) and it's the only mode you should play until 10-15 level anyways.

After joining you are presented with team choice (you can also switch teams using , with Tab key you can look at players in other teams (before choosing a team) and determine yourself which one you'll join. After joining you're presented with loadout choice and, obviously, choose M3 and if bought choose Aspirin and Armored blocks. You have to pray for your enemies to have bad aim and for you to have almost perfect aim because you need to hit 1/2 headshots (depending on "head armor" and armor). First 3 levels are the most annoying part of this game and you have to seek out other low level or low armor opponents otherwise you'll be in an unfair or really tough match. If you're having issues invite some friends, I might help you too (write a comment and I'll add you, don't add me I'll just decline).

Don't forget to use blocks. You have them to create cover, bridges, blockades or just to hide yourself in a mountain of blocks (please don't do the last one you'll most likely just die) but if you have armored blocks use half as many as you'd use normal blocks.
You need to get 15-20k xp to get to level 3. You get xp by capturing middle (5pts/sec), killing enemies (100pts/kill +20pts/headshot kill), nothing else.

Or just barricade yourself at cap on an empty server. Slow but sure way to level up, probably the fastest too.

Additional info:
-When players lag they teleport even 3 blocks. (but when you shoot their bodies you will damage them regardless, so no problem)
-You may want to have friends with you if you're doing bad. You can even make a clan (team) with them or you can join my own clan GKillz. Just add me and we'll talk (in chat, vc not needed)
-On some maps you should remember where your base is, you need it to supply yourself with ammo when you run out of ammo.
-When you go back to the base and get your ammo, you don't get healed or your armor repaired, you have to heal yourself with consumables or keep on fighting low health.
Weapon rating
1) *- weapons you already have, not necessaryly recommended ; <gun>/<gun> (buy one of them, your choice) ; 1) <I use>, 2) <Recommended order>, 3)<Additional info/Advice>, 4)<Fun challanges>

2) You may see some "veteran" (mostly disabled, unusable weapons: chainsaw, colts, etc.) and unlocked weapons (DEagle, Groza, Barrett, etc.) you'll rarely see on level like mine is I bought these 2+ years ago (before global update). You could say I bought like you can buy anything on any level like in Blockade Classic.

3) Generally higher level weapons are better but sometimes it may not be worth it if you have a similar weapon or already upgraded one, then it's worth it to skip 2 to 3 weapons. (example: shotguns)

4) Also in general you want a weapon that has highest Armor Piercing and/or DMG and also take ROF into concederation (ROF(rounds) +DMG(dmg) = DMG/min => DMG/min - Arm.Pen.% = <What you want to be the highest number possible>)

This is an educated "guess" on which guns are better than others. This may not be the most accurate but will definitely help you. Let's get into it!

Pistols
1) I use DEagle, FN57.

2) TT* > Stechkin > Glock/USP/FN57 (choose one) > DEagle > Anaconda.

3) I recommend DEagle, Anaconda as the best. You don't have to buy Anaconda ASAP because DEagle is just fine + you're probably want other primary weapons or upgrade them instead.

4) Play with Python and kill 10 fully armored opponents.

SMG'S
1) I use Kriss and Bizon.

2) Uzi* > Buy a Rifle (skip most SMGs) > FMG9/MP5/MP5SD > P90/Bizon.

3) Buying Famas (Rifles) instead of Kriss. SMGs are mostly not worth it because when you meet armored enemy you have to practically destroy his whole Armor HP and then you start killing him.

4.1) Try playing PPSH, MAC10, TMP. High ROF is fun.
4.2) Get 50 kills in one Battle match with any of the recommended SMG's.

Shotguns
1) I use SPAS12 and Nova.

2) M3* > Nova > SPAS12/Jackhammer

3) Shoot the head only against Armored enemies. Shoot body+head agains Unarmored enemies.

4) Play with AA12. It's extremely nerfed (weakened) Kord.

Machine Guns
1) I use: Krytac, PKP, Type99

2) Type99 > Krytac/PKP > MG42 > Kord

3) Type99 and Kord are more like automatic snipers.

4.1) Get 50 headshot kills in one Battle match with Type99.
4.2) Get 100 kills in one Battle match with PKP.

Rifles
1) I use: AUGA2, HK416, Groza

2) KACPDW/AKS74U > TAR21/Famas > QBZ95/L85 > AUGA2 > AK12/HK416 > Groza > Asval. (that's a lot of coins so you may want to skip some guns)

3) To AK47 owners... It's a decent weapon but considering low ROF and only slightly better Penetration, it's not worth it to buy but if you already have it (got it in an older version of B3D on level 6) you should use only it as your main rifle and wait for AK12 to unlock.

4) Kill 5 enemies in one magazine in one Battle match with any of the recommended Rifles.

Snipers
1) I use SR25 (very upgraded), Barrett, L96A1.

2) Mosin (+Scope) > SVD/SR25 > VSS > L96A(fully upgrade DMG required)/M700 > Barrett (fully upgrade DMG)/NTW20 (if you don't want to upgrade Barrett DMG)

3) Crossbow doesn't work. MK14 EBR is not worth it.

4) Play with VSK and realise you accidentally purchased a automatic rifle instead of a sniper rifle, happens.
Weapon upgrading
Weapon upgrading can be cruicial to your enjoyment and your satisfaction with your weapon. Sometimes it can totally change some weapons but I'll keep those to myself. :b3d_smile:

Example
Grips decrease mobility penalty except bipods, they increase range by 5 blocks.
Lasers and Flashlights "blind" enemies (harder to see where exactly is your head when you're aiming at them, but you're more easily spottable)
Weapon drops on certain levels
lvl-Gun(s) you get (how good it is)

1-Shovel,TT,UZI,M3 (good, TrashTrash, very bad, good)
3-TMP (ok, better than UZI)
5-Nova (one of the best)
7-FMG9 (very good)
9-Stechkin (good up until Beretta)
10-SVD (very good up until VSS)
13-G36 (very good until QBZ95)
15-Beretta and QBZ95 (very good until DEagle, very good until AUG/M4A1/AK47)
17-RPK (good but consider buying better LMG)
20-AK47 (good but heavily consider buying AUG or M4A1)

Be aware of me not being able to know all drops (I started playing this game on lvl14) so I relied on 313 hot black (discord name).

info: If you already have the weapon when you reach said level you'll get coins and throwables as compensation.

Compensation for already owning RPK.
Damage and Armor Penetration
Headshots deal +100% DMG (AP and AHP doesn't apply, DMG only). Body&Arms hits deal +0% DMG (AP and AHP applies). Limb hits deal -50% DMG (AP and AHP applies).
Short version:
You want your armore penetration to be as high as possible but high DMG/min too.

Long version:
AP (Armor Penetration) is percentage of how much DMG goes through enemy armor.
This applies to firearms (guns) and melee.
Also you don't have 100HP you have 100,00HP so the game doesn't show you exactly how much HP and AHP you have.

If you shoot someone with 100DMG gun with 15AP he will have:
Mobility
Mobility is how fast you run in percentage. 0% (no positive bonus or negative penalty) is the base value from which the game calculates your speed.
Character mobility:
Lowest mobility possible is -25% (heaviest armor + no shoes)
Highest mobility possible is +31% (Silent Killer boots add 6% and nothing affecting mobility, look at screenshot)

Weapon mobility:
If you have 90 weapon mobility than that means you lose 10% of your overall mobility.
If you have 70 weapon mobility than you lose 30% overall. I think you get it now.

Conclusion:
+25mobility(character) and 75 mobility(weapon) = +0% mobility overall
+31mobility (highest mobility) and 70 mobility (Sniper/Machine Gun mobility) = +1% mobility

Tip: Character's mobility is important but Armor is more important. Consider having highest armor and higher moblity weapon if you want to have ideal character.
Tip 2: If you have melee mission then take off all your armor except your helmet and at least about 25 armor and do your thing.
Random useful findings
1) Every new level you're given a level box containing throwables (don't work), coins, medicine or level weapon. Every increasing level you get better stuff from these boxes. In image bellow you can see lvl17 box with RPK but I already had RPK so I got 80 coins as compensation.

Level 17 box

2.1) When you're on the winning team you get about +30% XP bonus at the end of the match.
2.2) When you switch teams you lose 50% of your already gained XP. (So if your team is losing, stay on the losing team, you'll get about 20% more XP than if you'd switch)
3.1) If you want to play with other players then play from about 6-8AM to 10-12PM GMT time (London time) because most players are EU+RU (mostly FR+GER+RU/Belarus/Ukraine to my knowledge)
3.2) If you need help don't ask in game. I had about 25% chance of getting anything out of someone and about 5% chance to get the right answer.
3.3) Beware of non-English typing Russians, some of them are alergic to English language! (or they're just kids who barely started learning English in school)
4) You might meet some veteran players with like level 26/28 guns. They purchased them before Global update that created this game and for double or even tripple their price now (look at Classic prices of seasonal guns) (+ example: level 6 player with Kord, MG42 lady, VSS, etc.)
