RULES: Start with no weapons suit energy or ammo
This should not require any addons or mountable games.
STORY: You've made your way int City 11 it's not safe here either but it's better than being in the middle of nowhere. There might be a train near by that could be your ticket to ride. You'll have to make your way through City 11 first.
