This submission only contains minor backpack/itemtype/misc. changes for cosmetics mostly released in 2009-2011!

Over the years, many unique inventory sounds and item types have been added in major content updates. This submission aims to apply some of these properties to some of the earliest cosmetics in the game, in aims to make them more uniform with those in recent years.

Using cosmetics from other years as reference, I have painstakingly gone through cosmetics in the years 2009-2011 to find better fitting sound/itemtype combinations for cosmetics, while also enforcing consistency and uniformity across several types.

In addition, several other items were updated to match feedback/suggestions from their original workshop contributors.

NOTES FOR TF TEAM:
A modified copy of items_game.txt is found in the folder submitted, as well as a readme with a complete changelog and misc. notes. A quick reference sheet is also included for quick implementation to the current schema.

CHANGELOG:
The list of changes was so big, it didn't fit the workshop descripton!

Included below are some of the important changes...
FIXES FOR PREVIOUSLY IMPLEMENTED CHANGES:
- Avian Amante drop sound was updated to item_hat_drop (was previously item_drop_pickup, which is wrong)
- Changed Clubsy the Seal (dec2014 engineer_seal) itemtype to #TF_Wearable_Mascot (was in 2014 changelog but accidentally omitted)
- Changed Nasty Norsemann itemtype to #TF_Wearable_Helmet (was in 2017 changelog but accidentally omitted)
- Changed Spooktacles itemtype to #TF_Wearable_Glasses (was in 2016 changelog but accidentally omitted)
- Changed Stealthy Scarf itemtype to #TF_Wearable_Scarf (was in 2014 changelog but accidentally omitted)
- Eingineer drop sound was changed to item_hat_pickup (previously item_hat_drop) to match other Bird Head items
- Fixed the Commando Elite, Shellmet, and Bananades not having item_helmet sounds. (was in 2017 changelog but accidentally omitted)
- These were all mistakes on my part! Sorry!!

Winter 2011 (Australian Christmas 2011):

* The following items were given item_hat_pickup and item_hat_drop for pickup/drop, respectively:

- Outback Intellectual

* The following items were given item_pack_pickup and item_pack_drop for pickup/drop, respectively:
- Moonman Backpack
- Stocking Stuffer

* The following items were given item_rubber_pickup for BOTH pickup/drop:
- Brainiac Goggles

* The Holiday Headcase was given item_cardboard pickup/drop sounds.

A lot of work was already done in the early years, so I will just pile up the rest in a mostly chronological order.
