Simple Guide on How to Be GOD at the Game (Essential Skills and Items for Tactician/Honor)

List of powerful skills and items.
Have all your party members utilize these for EZ CLAP Tactician or Honor run (without barrels) !

Skills

• Any Movement Skills -
  
  Duh. A given. You should know this at this point. Movement skills include Pheonix Dive, Cloak And Dagger, etc.
  
  
• Adrenaline Skill -
  This skill is from the Scoundrel line. Have all of your party members learn this skill. It only requires 1 points into Scoundrel (thanks, @Silasman for correction). Cast this in battle if you need to secure a kill on an enemy.
  
  
  
• Executioner Talent -
  A must have Talent for all your party members (except for maybe backstabber rogue). You need 1 point into Warfare to be able to get this. You immediately gain 2 AP points when you finish off an enemy. More powerful than Fane's Source skill. In this game, AP is king.
  
  
  
  
• Any and many CC skills -
  
  Crowd Control (stun, knockdown, etc) the ♥♥♥♥♥ out of your enemies so they just stand or lay there and do nothing! CC them again the next round! And the next! Until you finish them off! Unlike Divinity: Original Sin 1 where CC relied on RNG, in this game you can 100% stun enemies again and again as long as they don't have the corresponding armor. CC is OP!

Scrolls

• Peace of Mind Scrolls -
  Always have some Clear Mind Scrolls in each party member's bags. Clear Mind cures the Charmed status on you or your teammates. It is a bad time when an enemy uses CHARM on your OP as ♥♥♥♥ team member! Use Clear Mind on them immediately to cure them of that status. Remember you cannot use items on the charmed character's bag when he is charmed (they will be greyed out).
  
  They can be bought from vendors (they are cheap and pretty common, so buy them liberally) and crafted.
  
  
• Haste Scrolls
  Similar use to above, it is to cure your party members affected by the status Crippled. They are common and cheap to buy from vendors. Very handy to have on each of your characters so you can cure any CCed member.
  
  
• Teleport Skill and Teleport Scrolls -
  
  I like to have at least one or two characters in your party learn this skill for more optimal AOE carnage! You only need 2 points into Aero.
  Scroll can be bought from vendors (always buy them if you see one) and can also be crafted with any Air Essence, Feather, and Paper or Parchment. Feather can be bought and obtained from Pillows (combine Pillow with any kind of Knife in the crafting menu).
  
  
• Grasp of the Starved Scroll -
  This very powerful Source Scroll does not require Source Orbs to be crafted! They are practically free. You just need High Quality Shadow essence (dropped from Dallis' big clawed minions), Disembodied Hand, and Paper/Parchment. I could only find 2 or 3 severed hands that could be used for crafting though. One for sure is right before the cave where you fight Mordus. Very useful in "difficult" fights such as the Arx Doctor fight .
  
  
• Skin Graft Scroll -
  
  This very powerful Polymorph source skill can be crafted if you don't want to invest points into Polymorph. It resets all of your skill cooldowns, so you can cast your op as ♥♥♥♥ skill onto your enemies again! Also, the skill version cost 1 AP and "can only be cast once per combat." But the scroll version cost 0AP and can be cast as many times as you'd like! (wtf lol)
  
  Craft with Animal Scales, Source Orb, and Paper. Buy all Animal Scales whenever you see them at vendors.
  
  
• Apotheosis Scroll -
  
  Another OP af scroll. Reduces all Source Skills by -3 source points and +5 to all attributes. Cost only 1 AP to use. Crafted with Puppet Bead, Source Orb, and Paper. Puppet beads can be found at vendors in Arx. (they are cheap to buy whenever you see them) Also drops from killing Sanders' puppets.
  
  
  
  
• Other Misc Scrolls
  
  Feel free to buy and craft other common scrolls liberally. Remember that Scrolls have No Cooldown and doesn't require knowing the skill! Scrolls such as Fortify (gives physical armor), Armor of Frost (gives magic armor) are really useful and are common and cheap to buy from vendors!

Items

• Love grenades and Mind Maggot grenades (resist by magic armor) -
  
  Dominate Mind Skill (summoning line) is a complete waste! Use these grenades instead (OP AOE charm at same cost, WTF! )
  
  Love grenades can be made from Honey and Empty Perfume Bottle. You can get a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of Honey everywhere from Act 2. Just look for Empty Honey Jars and Beehives. You can get as many as you want, since the honey jars are refillable.
  
  Mind Maggots are found laying around various locations. Hold your ALT key and always loot them if you see one. To craft the grenade, you also need Empty Grenade.
  
  Vendors have a liberal supply of other crafting stuff including Perfume Bottles and Empty Grenade and they restock every hour.
  
  
• Tremor Grenade (resist by physical armor)-
  
  Yay more CC! AOE too! Buy them whenever you see them at vendors. Can also be crafted with any Earth Essence and Empty Canister.
  
  
• Green Tea
  
  Real ez mode activated..
  
  Available to buy and craft from the lady at Kemm's mansion in Act 4. Reduces the cost of all of your actions by - 2 AP (actions costing 2 AP are reduced to 1). Cost 0 AP to consume! She restocks every hour or so. So buy as many as you can!

Other Tips

• If you are about to face a difficult fight, have your talking character eat a bunch of potions, 1 food, apply buffs, sleeping bag, then talk to the combat initiating npc. This will pause the buff timers on that character. Then before ending the convo on that character, swap to your other toons and apply all their buffs, potions, etc. then immediately start the fight.
  
  
• Always use the kid on the ship to fetch Source Orbs (once they become available). Return to the kid every time you level up.
  Helping the possessed silent girl in Act 2 and then 4 also gives you lots of Source Orbs.
  Feel free to craft any scrolls of other powerful source skill you like using. Remember, they have no cooldown and require no knowledge/memory to use!
  
  
• Use Idol of Rebirth
  
  You can pickpocket or kill the lady for an extra one. For real cheese, have another character use the teleport skill to teleport your talking character away once your character talking to the lady has selected your "wish" during the dialogue. Then have that character talk to the lady again and select another wish. Repeat until you have selected all wishes. Let her do the deed and you have ALL the buffs for only -2 Constitution! (can only get max 2 idols though Thanks Steam user Jerran for the correction. You can indeed get four if you have four characters.)
  
  You can also craft it mid combat (only cost 1 AP!) for continued resurrections !
  
  
• Lone Wolf Talent
  
  Lone wolf is OP in DIvinity OS: 2, enough said (even after the "nerf")! Very fun to play though!

You should mention the Five-Star-Diner Talent, it doubles ALL food and potions buffs you get (except for green tea), which is crazy in act 1 with Stoneskin Potion, and in most other parts of the games with Resist All Potions, Dodge Potions etc

You need one point into scoundrel to learn it.

Solid guide, not sure why the guide says you can only get 2 idols of rebirth with the Spider's Kiss cheese though. As long as you ask for every possible gift with all four characters, you'll get 4 idols - just did this on 2/16/21 and it worked fine

Just play necromancer, jeez
