Description
Adding new abilities to the commanders' toolboxes, and easing the difficulty of commanding.
Additionally may include experimental balance changes!

== Experimental ==

*Commanders now always gain Pres.

*Gas Grenade damage scales as a % of max HP, max damage increased 50-> 100/sec.
*Onos armor increased by 50.

== Both teams ==
*Command Station and Hive health increased by ~20%.
*Extractor armor increased, Harvester health & armor increased.

== Marines ==
*Drop packs now persist on ground after first use for 3seconds.
*Medpack only initial heals 25 (AOE) when within 0.2 second of pick up. After that, initial heal becomes 0.
*Medpack heal over time (per touch) increased to 50 over 2 seconds, up from 25 over 1 second.
*Medpack pickup interval increased to every 1.0 second, up fro 0.45 second.
*Cost of Medpack and Ammopack increased to 2.
*Cost of Catpack increased to 3. Catpack duration increased to 7 seconds.
*Drop pack pickup radius increased from 1 to 2.5.

*Sentry Boost - doubles the damage of the selected Sentry for 4.6 seconds (+150 total damage over time), cooldown: 2.5 seconds.
*Sentry range increased to 25.
*Sentry bullet spread increased to 4 degrees.
*Sentry supply reduced from 10 to 5 each.
*Sentry cost reduced 5->3, battery cost reduced 10->3.
*Sentry battery armour increased 200 -> 400.

*MAC health increased to 780HP (from 300) + 50AR, cost increased to 6 Tres.
*MAC movement speed, construction and repair rate increased.
*MAC now repairs at increased rate (200) when target is out of combat.
*MAC player weld rate increased from 50% to 100% of Welder's. In-combat player welding penalty removed.
*MAC can now weld even when taking damage, and no longer attempts to circle behind target.
*Only one MAC can build a structure simultaneously.
*MAC sight range increased to 5.
*Fixed MAC auto-return command bug.

*ARC movement increased from 0.8 to 1.5 (combat), 2.0 to 2.5 (out of combat).

*Command Station opening and closing animation sped up greatly.

*Advanced Support research time increased 60->120 seconds, cost reduced 25 -> 12.

*Marine construction rate is soft capped to 50% with more than 1.5 Marines (175% with 2 Marines, 225% with 3 Marines, so on).

*Welder damage increased to 40 per second, attack range reduced to 1.8.

== Aliens ==
*Drifter cost reduced 8->6.
*Drifter health increased by 50%.
*Drifter ability cooldowns reduced from 12 seconds to 5.

*Nutrient mist allows Whips to keep on-infestation state.

*Harvester build time reduced 38 -> 30 seconds.

*Shift boosts movement speeds of nearby mobile alien structures (to approx 4m/s).

*Heal Wave now heals every 0.666 second, from 2 seconds, no longer increases heal amount.

*Whip cost reduced to 10.
*Whip rooting animation speed increased to allow quicker re-positioning.
*Mature Whip armor increased by 120 (total effective HP increased by 20%).

*Hydra accuracy improved against moving targets, damage reduced 15 -> 8.

*Cyst minimum health increased to 340 (Crag Hive armor bonus increased from 25 to 65.)
maximum health increased to 590.
*Cyst Infestation recede rate slowed by 33%. Cyst flame damage multiplier from 7 to 4.
*Infestation shrink rate slowed to 25% rate when Nutrient Mist was used before Cyst died.
This is to allow infestation to be more resilient so Kharaa commander can use abilities more often.

*Cysts spawn as ghost structures, refunding 75% cost when cancelled.

*Ghost structures reworked to allow movement and bullets to pass through, and no longer take damage from attacks. Enemies nearby automatically damage and destroy ghost structures.
*Umbra GL damage reduction increased 20->24%.
