Class GG1 - Penn Central

Description
This mod adds a Penn Central (PC) class GG1 to the game. This is a repaint of the generic PRR GG1 available in-game.

The Penn Central was an American railroad formed in 1968 by the merger of the Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) and the New York Central Railroad. Within two years the Penn Central filed for bankruptcy. The Penn Central continued until 1976 when viable parts of the company were transferred to Conrail.

The GG1 was an electric passenger locomotive developed by the PRR and General Electric 1934. After the formation of the Penn Central, the new logo was applied to many GG1's while retaining their original paint scheme. However, later units would be painted black in the manner depicted in this mod. Some of the GG1's were sold to Amtrak, while others went to Conrail.

@dwebster73 - I recall seeing a Penn Central GG-1 several times shunting in the yard at Nitro WV in the late 1960s. It stands out in my memory for being painted in that sickly rose color usually only seen on freight rolling stock with the classic PC worm logo in white on the side. By 1970, it had been repainted in seafoam green, then later black, then tricked out in red-white & Blue for the Bicentennial in 1976. By the end of the 1970s, they were de-electrifying the yard at Nitro, but I caught one last sight of the ever changing GG-1 in Conrail Blue as it headed off to parts unknown for scrapping. By the time I met her, she was in a sorry shape and frequently breaking down in the yard. There was at the time a small yard shop, now long gone, that did such maintenance as she received and is likely responsible for the splashes of paint she received from time to time, because I never saw another pink GG-1.

@Ponga - On a Windows computer...
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Transport Fever 2\res\textures\models\vehicle

Then look under the appropriate folder for the type of vehicle you want.

Lord of the Flies did Amtrak skins in TpF1, though I haven't seen him do anything for TpF2 yet. Will look into that. I don't want to step on toes or duplicate effort.
