Upgrade Vampire Royal Armor 2.0

This mod adds new spells to the vampire armor, including strengthened:
1. A percentage of 130% to magic regeneration compared to vanilla that is 125%
. 2 - also adds a less than 30% ONE HANDED, 20% destruction magic cost AND , and in turn adds +50 of magic+50 LIFE.

In turn, this mod adds a little to the actual percentage vampire armor, granting him a less than glass armor compared to light armor percentage.

To make matters worse vampire absorption ability has scales of 5, 10,12 and 15,, all according to the non-feeding days. Note that a greater uptake increased cost of magic.
