If you get orb and fingerprints, then there's no point in looking for the last bit of evidence since its always gonna be a poltergeist. I think there should be a new ghost added that has orb and fingerprints.

personally I don't see a purpose to this. BUT I also believe that the book just adds a bit of atmosphere. I can understand why people like it. So thank you for spending 2 seconds of your time on this for them.

Interesting. I never really noticed before now but there are 5 fingerprints and 7 spirit boxes and six of everything else. And yet somehow I find the finger print clue the most frequent in my playthroughs.

all relevant info without the words and makes it easier to backwards engineer the ghost type from failed evidence attempts. That's how. I use Phasmophobia Matrix personally.

If you just put the clues you have in the journal it narrows it down for you, how is this any more convenient?
