[Vehicle Radio] FH4 Horizon Pulse

So this is the first of the Forza Horizon 4 radio stations that I am going to add to Gmod. How cool.

Of course you need Vehicle Radio, otherwise you are just going to have some songs lying around.

All the songs are ripped straight from FH4, meaning that it will have the lyric censorship.

This is the first time I've done lua stuff, and it's just copy and pasted really, but do tell me if there are any issues and I will attempt to fix them.
